Extended Stay America Suites- Huntsville - Madison

TV didn't work. Tried moving us to different room, but it didn't work either. They said it was the provider, but one on the lobby was working? Also had to wait for someone at the service desk like 4 or 5 minutes 3 of the four times I went there. The rooms were nice and clean though.

Me and my husband have been staying here since mid-late July the GM over the hotel now Evelyn is great also a few of the other front desk workers are great especially Jada! Jada has been there since we started coming a few years back and she is extremely good and has honestly became a friend to both me and my husband!

For the situation, I am currently in. I’m glad that I found Stay America a place to be able to pick back up the pieces of my life. I have gone through some challenging times, but the staff here have truly made me feel that I’m not homeless. The rooms are clean. The building is clean and the staff is absolutely amazing and I will remain here until God says otherwise I really appreciate everyone here at Stay America.

Me and the wife have been here since mid-late July the GM Evelyn and front desk lady Jada are fantastic! They always are so kind and polite and greet us every time they see us great place to stay!

Stay was good everybody was friendly from housekeeping to front desk. The general manager name Evelyn was super friendly. I gave her my number so she could give me a good rate, she kept texting me all times of the nights and harassing me and even sent nudity pictures of her self i didn’t appreciate that at all since im a married man i asked one of the young ladies for cooperate number as i was checking out she said she wasn’t obligated to give me that so therefore i would like to have somebody higher up reach out to me. Overall a good stay besides the harassment from the manager.

Everything was great except we were unable to watch TV because the cable box was broken. The front desk was super helpful & tried to remedy the situation but was unable to because a repair man was needed & there were no other King Rooms available. She said she would see if we could get a partial refund. Other than that, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable & it was quiet for sleeping. I would def come again.

I booked a 3 night stay, within an easy commute to the orion amphitheater. The bed was great, and the neighbors were super quiet. I prefer not to have people in my space, so the clean-on-demand option was great for me. Having a walmart across the highway was super convenient and there was a little Chinese place in the attached mini mall that I enjoyed. This hotel is not an entertainment destination, but it is a really good place to sleep.

I have been staying here on business. It’s quiet and clean. Most of the guests will say hello, or another nice pleasantry. The one person that makes my night after a long work day is Jada Shields. She is the attendant at the front desk. I work 7 days a week long hours, and it’s always great to enter the sliding glass doors and hear her greet me. She is always professional, curtesy, and her smile is contagious!
